What:
- We are providing both frameworks and tools and urging a company to create his own program.
We facilitate and foster the company processes through one or more of our concepts, workshops and / or patrimonium ranging from forestry at the Lac de Bellemeuse to Les Rochers du Hérou.
Objective:
- The company itself takes care of their specific training needs. We provide the organisational
and logistic service.
Business needs might range from - complete culture change (e.g. swift from local production
to global commercial organisation) over specific discipline challenges (e.g. revision stop in
chemical / electricity plants) to unique educational projects (e.g. mobilizing the hunting spirit in sales).
Outcomes:
